Meanwhile the client was left juggling timelines, decisions, suppliers and unexpected challenges, often during some of the most stressful periods of their lives.
Whether it was a deceased estate, a hoarding situation, an aged care transition or preparing a home for sale, there was rarely anyone responsible for managing the entire process.

A New Name With A Clearer Purpose
After more than 10 years operating as Novus Cleaning, the business evolved and rebranded as Lighthouse Property Care in 2025.
The change reflected something important. We had become much more than a cleaning company. Clients were increasingly engaging us to coordinate entire property projects, manage trades, oversee property preparation works and guide them through complex situations.
The name Lighthouse represents the role we now play. Providing clarity during uncertainty. Creating direction when things feel overwhelming. Helping clients navigate difficult property transitions with confidence.
